The staff was extremely cooperative and honest, especially the reception team. They informed me at check-in about a minor water leak in the room and promptly took care of it, ensuring our comfort. Room service, particularly Mohammed Shahdad, was exceptional—always attentive and doing his best to assist. Our reservation included breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options suitable for the whole family, including kids. The chef was actively present, checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory, which added a personal touch to our experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, making our stay even more enjoyable. Areas for Improvement: The only thing that needs improvement is the availability of towels and toiletries in the room. We had four restrooms, but one had no towels at all, while the others had only two towels each, with no hand towels or different sizes available. Additionally, the number of shampoo and body lotion was limited to one per restroom, and one restroom had none. Overall, this was a comfortable and well-managed stay, and I would highly recommend this place for families. With a small improvement in towel and toiletry availability, it would be even better!

Excellent location, very clean hotel, wonderful aroma everywhere in the hotel, spacious lobby & rooms, good beds, pillows, duvets and seating facilities. Excellent parking, fast elevators. We booked a 2 bedroom executive suite which had lots of space to relax. A large living room, a dining area and a kitchenette with a wonderful refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, a dish washer, a kettle and toaster. Bedrooms furnished in a modern manner with good quality stuff. Bathrooms had good fitting. Good towels.

Perfect location close to the area we needed to frequent daily to take care of some matters, both personal and business. The two bedroom executive suite was roomy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for my sister, our elderly mother and I to spend a few weeks in. The staff were all very gracious and accommodating and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to use as our home for a few weeks away from our far-away homes. Thank you we will stay here again.

Overall very very clean and fulfill your needs and even more! The air condition was cold so it is wise to set the temperature at 26*C.
